Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We provide professional flower delivery to the following areas: Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Doral, Coral Gables, Coral Way, Hialeah, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, North Miami and North Miami Beach, Hollywood, Hallandale, Opa-locka, Miami Gardens, Miami Lakes, Kendall, and the Airport area.


When we deliver

  • MONDAY to SATURDAY (Same-day delivery): Your order can be delivered the same day until 8:00 PM if you place your order before 4:00 PM.
  • SUNDAY delivery: Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Same-day delivery is available if you place your order before 1:00 PM.
  • Special Holidays: Delivery times and same-day availability may vary during peak holidays (such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day). We highly recommend placing your orders in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.

In-Store Pick-up Policy & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business from credit card fraud, all in-store pick-up orders are subject to the following strict verification process:

  • Location: Orders must be picked up at our physical location: 400 NW First Ave, Miami, FL. 33128.
  • Verification Required: The person picking up the order must present a valid, government-issued Photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, etc.) AND the physical credit/debit card used to make the purchase. The names on the ID and the credit card must match the name on the order.
  • Third-Person Pick-up: If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, you must send an authorization email to heavenflowersmiami@gmail.com prior to pick-up. This email must come from the email address associated with the order and must include the full name of the authorized person. The authorized person must present their own valid Photo ID upon arrival.
  • Signature Required: A signature and a copy/photo of the ID may be required at the time of pick-up for our records.
  • Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the order not being released, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery Policy – Recipient Unavailable

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, Heaven Flowers Miami will proceed as follows:

  1. Buildings with a lobby: If the lobby accepts deliveries, the floral arrangement will be left with building security.
  2. Houses or Restricted Access: If the lobby does not allow deliveries or it is a private residence, the order will be left at the recipient’s apartment door or house entrance, provided access to the building or property is permitted. In all cases, we will make every effort to leave the arrangement in a safe and secure location.
  3. Liability & Freshness: Flowers are delicate and perishable products that require proper care and specific environmental conditions. Once the order has been delivered to any of the locations mentioned above, Heaven Flowers Miami is not responsible for the condition in which the recipient subsequently receives the flowers. Factors such as sun exposure, high temperatures, lack of air conditioning, or other environmental conditions in the Miami area may affect the quality of the product over time.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and authorizes this delivery procedure when the recipient is unavailable.


Delivery Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of checkout.

  • Pre-Dispatch Changes: If an address needs to be corrected or updated and the order has not yet been dispatched, we will gladly assist with the change at no additional cost.
  • In-Transit Changes: If the delivery is already in transit, address changes can still be accommodated; however, a $15.00 fee will apply. Please note that last-minute changes may result in delivery delays to the new destination.
