Refund & Return Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy – Heaven Flowers Miami Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a partial refund. A 20% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining 80% will be refunded to the original payment method.
Same-day delivery orders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
Heaven Flowers Miami reserves the right to decline cancellation requests once an order has entered processing or design.
Returns & Exchanges Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on fresh flowers, floral arrangements, plants, or edible items (such as chocolates). For non-perishable gift accessories (such as vases or plush toys), returns are not accepted unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Under no circumstances do we accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (fresh flowers, roses, plants, or food items).
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
- Sale items or Gift cards.
Refund Process (If Applicable) If a refund is approved (either due to an eligible cancellation within the allowed window or a verified damage claim), you will be notified via email. The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. For approved cancellations, the 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total. Please remember it can take 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
